Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

• Conduct market research, data analysis, and business process evaluations.

• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.

• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate delivered solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation.

• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

• Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
