• Ability to install, maintain, and service equipment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel for customer support and service activities
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation and commissioning of equipment
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Providing on-site customer support and training
• Preparing service reports and maintaining documentation
